Notice of Security Incident

We recognize the importance of protecting the personal information we maintain. We are providing notice of a data security incident that we successfully investigated and disclosed to affected individuals.

We recently concluded an investigation into an incident involving unauthorized access to certain of our systems. Upon discovering the incident, we took measures to secure our systems and launched an investigation. A cybersecurity firm was engaged to assist. Our investigation determined that an unauthorized individual viewed and obtained certain files on our network. We reviewed those files and determined that some contained personal information.

At this time, we have no evidence of misuse of the information involved. However, out of an abundance of caution, we are issuing this to ensure all potentially affected individuals are aware of the incident. For individuals whose information may have been involved, we are offering a complementary, one-year membership of identity monitoring. These services are completely free and enrolling in these services will not hurt your credit score.
